Interpretive Trail Hikes (Ages 5+)
Free. Membership or donations are suggested.
Join the Rancocas Nature Center for an interpretive hike through our varied habitats. It’s a great way to become familiar with the trails. Bring a camera and/or binoculars as we’ll be sure to stop at scenic spots along the way. The hike is suitable for all ages 5+, so you’ll need a child carrier to transport younger children.

Mothing Night at Rancocas
Free. Membership or donations are suggested.
Celebrate the beauty, life cycles, and habitats of moths this summer. “Moth-ers” of all ages and abilities are encouraged to learn about and observe these fascinating nocturnal creatures. Moths are among the most diverse and successful organisms ─ estimates suggest there are more than 150,000 species on earth. And what better place to celebrate and experience these colorful insects than at Rancocas during National Moth Week in July. Inclement weather cancels. Presenter: Patty Rehn
